آزمون تب زايی در خرگوش | The Rabbit Pyrogen Test (RPT)
در مجموعه آزمایشگاه های سنجش و پایش کیاژن فارما، تست تب زایی در خرگوش (rabbit pyrogen test)، جهت برآوردن الزامات زیست سازگاری و ارزیابی ریسک خطرات سمیت (toxicological risk assessment) تجهیزات پزشکی (medical devices)، دارو (pharmaceuticals)، محصولات آرایشی و بهداشتی (cosmetics) و محصولات مصرفی(consumer products) انجام می شود. آزمون تب زایی در خرگوش در صنایع داروسازی (pharmaceutical industry) بسیار رایج است و جزء الزامات سازمان ملی استاندارد و سازمان غذا و دارو جهت ارزیابی زیست سازگاری دارو می باشد.
آزمون تب زایی در خرگوش (rabbit pyrogen test) که به Material-Mediated Pyrogenic Reaction Test نیز معروف است معمولا جهت ارزیابی واكنش تبزایی انواع داروهای تزریقی مانند آنتی بادی مونوکلونال (monoclonal antibodies)، واکسن و سرم انجام می شود.
