آزمون ضربه | Impact Test / Toughness test

سیاری از محصولات به طور ناگهانی در اثر ضربه، نقص، ترک یا بریدگی از بین می روند، بنابراین تست ضربه جهت ارزیابی توانایی مقاومت محصولات در برابر ضربه باید انجام شود. در واقع تست ضربه پیش بینی رفتار وسیله را در شرایط واقعی مشخص می کند. نتایج آزمایش می تواند در ارزیابی مناسب بودن ماده برای یک کاربرد خاص و پیش بینی عمر مفید آن بسیار موثر باشند.

در مجموعه آزمایشگاه های سنجش و پایش کیاژن فارما، تست ضربه جهت تعیین مقاومت در برابر ضربه یا چقرمگی و سختی، با محاسبه مقدار انرژی جذب شده در هنگام شکستگی انجام می شود.
